This is the Chief's Car of the Springfield, Massachusetts Fire
Department.
The image is from a copy negative of the original print, which
is stamped "Springfield, Mass." at the lower-left.
I believe the Chief is sitting in the back seat, as he has
different medallions on his hat and collar.
There is a big horn squeeze-bulb below the driver's right hand,
and the horn trumpet is just above the front wheel.
There is another horn trumpet that might be for the siren.
There is a polished chrome or brass extinguisher on the
running board, below the driver's elbow.
