In this image, the 3 men are moving the big log onto a sled, to be moved to the truck for transportation.
One of the large wooden sled runners is clearly visible, with the heavy chains and o-ring to pull it.
The other runner is in the shadow beneath the log.
There is a heavy branch angled on the ground and resting on the sled, that they use to slide the heavy log onto the sled.
I'm sure they use the dozer to do that.
