Mystery Police Officer Badge #20 Click image to see full-size version.

I have tried adjusting the quality of the image to read the badge or buttons with small success. The last 3 letters of the badge read, "ton" but the rest is unreadable. The 4th letter from the end may be a "K", but it's not clear enough to be positive. ...Brockton, Boston, Pemberton, and on and on... No further info is available.
