Boston, Hartford and Erie Railroad Co. Engine #16 Click image to see full-size version.

This image is a scan from a print that I made back around 1980, by making a 4"x5" copy negative from an old original print, because the original negative was not available. I left in the notes that someone had written on the border. They read, "#16 Reliance   B. H & E.   1865". There is another notation in white just below the cow catcher, "1408CEF370." No idea what this means.
